Stim pack?

I was playing normal RwR and saw a new item called the stim pack that was a throwable, it isn't listed on the wiki, what's it's purpose?

If you wear a vest and get lethal shots to where you are crawling back... Instead of having a medic coming to you, you can just crawl back and it'll revive you.

Make sure you activate them though...

They're a good concept and will save you maybe once or twice, apparently they weigh 500lbs with the throwing distance, they're really a waste because once you activate them, you can't pick them back up..

..So you'll throw 50, but only use 2-3....
