i buy this game and when i open it ill have a white screen and just close by itself, ive check my service and it was all higher i check it on another service and close by itself too.please fix it or give my money back

i bought this game and ive been wanting to play it, but it seems that every time i try to open it, it just gives up before it can even begin. It's a shame too, because I wanted to know what this game was about and I can't even play it. is there maybe some kind of way that I can play this game?...

Being able to back up one letter with a right click would massively simplify the interface.
