Regarding Blue Vignette

There is something I'm curious about. It's when I went into the "Ruang Osis" room where there is green carpet on the floor with Teddy hiding in the desk. So the blue vignette start appearing when I'm inside the room, but there is nothing to uncover. As the tutorial said, the blue vignette indicates that there is something or someone of importance is nearby. So I assume that the Teddy is that "something". But I dont know what's important of his hiding in the desk and it doesn't even interactable. Cause all of the other blue vignette were interactable or showing something when using the camera. All of it except that Teddy in Ruang Osis room.

So what I'm questioning is, is the Teddy the "something" that triggers the blue vignette or is there something else that I dont know in Ruang Osis room?
