What to do on Act 0?

Just bought this game and started on Act 0 but there's no where to go other than the room she's originally in and outside where there's some sort of playground and stuff. I'm stuck just running around, capturing all images and what not. Ghosts appear from time to time.

Wanted to start Act 1 but it says in order for story progression, I must complete Act 0.

first you should read the tutorial in the main menu, so that you will understand how the gameplay works. The blue vignette should give you the clue to your surroundings. Try looking with your camera when you are near that.

I'm lost. I already read but so far no blue vignette, only red all the way. I'll try again later tonight.

Red means there's ghost that will harm you, so you better look up with your camera and see your surrounding to see if there's something coming at you. It will get rid of it once you take a picture of that ghost. After that the red will dissapear and you can continue finding clue with ease.

finished act zero (0) there is a wall with a hidden passage if u take a photo of it.
