siska could be the main antagonist,she brought all of her students to that deserted town to obtain an endless young look,anyone read the manga dlc?the glasses wearing woman was possibly siska,she's like trapping the people to get into that town,and the ending of act 2,you see miss siska carrying a half snake baby (spoiler alert)

you dont actually die, and if you have some knowledge about the lore or something like Ouroboros, you will mostly get the meaning about the final boss

my idea on final: Linda is alread dead for the evil riual that hunted town, she gave birth the snake child that is part of pact with devil of Lady in Red. The father is scissor ghost. the doll of act 1 is "doll" for trauma of sacrifice and other students and teacher were part of ritual too, maybe that they were victims too. The act and act 2 depicts a sort of vengeance of ghost that can't remember what is happened but she try to recover the "path" of heaven but she fail because her soul is damned forever. I noted that she vomited worms, a sort of weird symbol of pregnancy XD

Ouroboros represents something constantly re-creating itself ,things that operate in cycles that begin anew as soon as they end, which it why lady in red makes you her successor but it is the same thing you die to become like her which means no more acts, no dread out 2.
