Axel, maybe you can make some in-game sign that DLC is enabled?
Like at options or main screen?

Just for the record, I found second outfit. It is the Kyberwear. It is located in the underground chemical factory, in the room above the place where you collect items for Holm. It enables the user to regenerate focus to full.

I found that room too, but for me the second outfit is not there.

Ok, so I've started a new game and got to the point where Mates says the second outfit is and it's not there. So seems my profile is corrupt or there's some weird bug going on so I can't get the outfits. To add to this annoyance the latest patch keeps resetting my joypad mappings when the game is restarted.

Have you activated the generator? You need to turn it on so the elevator moves out of the way in the hallway above so you can pass through to the lab where the blueprint is.

I just checked both locations myself and in my game neither location has the outfits either.

The node I am to hack; I assume it is the very last one in the 2nd area just before the exit?
If so it simply disappears when I hack it and activates nothing.

Did you manually install the DLC? It does not come automatically with the update, you have to go to store and "purchase" it. Only then it appears on game's page in Steam library and in-game.
I had to replay Echocorp basement to activate the appearance of the first outfit, but it is probably enough to return there and hack the system again, since Cyberspace lv.2 is redesigned.

There is no option to install it. If I go to the DLC page it just says "Play Game" and as Axel said previously in this thread, as long as you can see the message in Echocorp about the suit then the DLC is active. So the DLC is active but the suits just don't appear.

Click the "Play game" button. I also had the e-mail, but not the DLC, and this activated it for me.

I'm having a similar problem to Runciter. The DLC is clearly activated, I found the armagear research note in the Echo computers. I may or may not have activated the delivery there, I do not remember seeing it but on a second visit there certainly were no rocks unturned.

I did go to the Capsule hotel and checked the room on the right below it, which is where I thought it'd be, but it was empty. However, I had checked it also before hacking the Echo computers, if that makes a difference.

There were no other likely entrance candidates I could see, but regardless, I entered every door there and nothing.

Update:
I also went to the chemical factory again, I only visited the 'upper level' up the long climb at the start (where you find the generator operating manual) when going in, not on exit. I found the 'back room', so to speak, with the actual chemical for the toxicity quest, and the floor above, but no suit.

As for the storyline: talking with the lawyer is activated but haven't spoken with her yet.
Good cop, cyber cop is also activated but not completed.

Mates, you're brilliant. That worked. The game downloaded an extra 48 bytes then the items appeared in the Chem Lab room. Falaris, does as Mates suggests and go to the store page, click on the Suits DLC then on the Suits DLC page click "Play Game".

Now, Dreadlocks, clearly there's a bug here. If the DLC is active (due to the messages in the Echocorp computer) either the suits need to be available where the messages tell us OR the messages need to be removed from the game if the DLC is not properly activated. What would make more sense though is to remove the suits as DLC and roll them into the game so this issue doesn't remain tripping up more people.

Yep, that worked. Still no idea how to actually build the suits, but have the blueprints for the Samio and Armagear suit. :)
Runciter Oct 9, 2015 @ 2:04am
To make the suits you need to go to the Industrial Zone to the far right of the area is a door, go through it, down the ladder and beat up any enemies you come across. To the left of the bottom level is a computer that you use the blueprints on. Then you'll see the suit being printed. And then you can use them. Now to find that last suit! Anyone care to point out where it is?

The last suit is the Samio CyberSuit. I can't remember quite where it is, but maybe it's in Redwood Watts? It allows you to recharge your Focus meter beyond the emergency 11-12. From the last time I wore it, I think I calculated the rate of regeneration at 1 HP every 2 seconds. However, the regeneration does not work while jacked-in to Cyberspace or the "Artificial Reality" interface.

The only one that's not been found yet is the Euroforce BattleRig.
