Like at options or main screen?
I found that room too, but for me the second outfit is not there.
The node I am to hack; I assume it is the very last one in the 2nd area just before the exit?
If so it simply disappears when I hack it and activates nothing.
I had to replay Echocorp basement to activate the appearance of the first outfit, but it is probably enough to return there and hack the system again, since Cyberspace lv.2 is redesigned.
I did go to the Capsule hotel and checked the room on the right below it, which is where I thought it'd be, but it was empty. However, I had checked it also before hacking the Echo computers, if that makes a difference.
There were no other likely entrance candidates I could see, but regardless, I entered every door there and nothing.
Update:
I also went to the chemical factory again, I only visited the 'upper level' up the long climb at the start (where you find the generator operating manual) when going in, not on exit. I found the 'back room', so to speak, with the actual chemical for the toxicity quest, and the floor above, but no suit.
As for the storyline: talking with the lawyer is activated but haven't spoken with her yet.
Good cop, cyber cop is also activated but not completed.
Now, Dreadlocks, clearly there's a bug here. If the DLC is active (due to the messages in the Echocorp computer) either the suits need to be available where the messages tell us OR the messages need to be removed from the game if the DLC is not properly activated. What would make more sense though is to remove the suits as DLC and roll them into the game so this issue doesn't remain tripping up more people.
Yep, that worked. Still no idea how to actually build the suits, but have the blueprints for the Samio and Armagear suit. :)
The only one that's not been found yet is the Euroforce BattleRig.
