Report a translation problem
If a large enough group all complained about the same thing they will investigate by looking at the data to see if there is an issue. They don't change the game because the same 10 people complain about every thing on the steam forum when they have data from 200,000 people playing.
They look at metrics across the entire playerbase and make adjustments where there are outliers.
They watch Ruetoo and Jungroan break the game then nerf their builds for the first couple weeks before giving up.
I have no doubt that GGG will find a way to improve the game, but it's not hard in it's current state, it's obnoxious. Everything is designed just to slow the player down (this includes in-game trading, reluctancy to add ascendancy respec and campaign skip)
