I took it casually, tried 3 characters to Act 3. Finally finished it on one of the characters and found out I am forced into restarting the campaign on a higher difficulty.
I'm quite fed up with replaying the campaign. Guess that was the endgame for me. Now the game is going on the shelf.

It will only be like that during early access. On release there will be six acts and then endgame

Ya it's placeholder difficulty since it's so short right now with only 3 acts. There will be 3 more acts and no cruel difficulty when it's finished.

No big deal here. 90% of new player never played endgame. Campaign is enough for them, but endgame is where all content is.
Poe 1 had 10 acts, and people are whining about 3 acts. Classic.

Also, it's far easier than normal mode. Gear in this game is basically everything.
