CRASHING FIXED (W11 24H2)

FYI, the loading screen crash for users on Windows 11 24H2 is fixed with update KB5050094.

This is a preview build, so you may not see it unless you check the option in Windows settings to get updates as soon as they're available.

I have played 10+ hours since installing with no crashes. I am using Vulkan on a 3080 Ti and 7950X3D with 96 GB RAM.

This will not resolve all other problems. Just the loading screen crash on 24H2.

Gonna test this on my laptop which was affected and see what happens.

Very funny, i just got this crash 5 min ago.

Stop lying to people. Its game issue for this type of crashes, Windows will never even get attention to this and especially making whole update for every Windows 11 user with this patch, just because some PoE gamers having crashes. Besides, GGG has posted long time ago on the forum as this is 1 of priority issue they are dealing and taking care of. So waiting for game patch updates

Updating to KB5050094 didn't help, still crashed.
Thought I'd try it without UnCrasher, locked up the entire machine.

To people reporting still crashing, is it on loading screens or elsewhere? Are you using Vulkan or DX12?

my ♥♥♥♥ flashes a Game Paused sign at the bottom of the screen during mega Lag sessions of 5 to 30 seconds usually ending in death...... and full crashes to the desktop occasionally

I hadn't crashed a single time before 24H2. Crashed once an hour at least on 24H2. 30+ hours since without a crash since installing that update.

Just trying to help people. But hey, I guess I'm lying. Weird though that nobody elaborates on the specific crash or their system specs though.

I deleted the other post because I didn't want to bother trying to explain how delusional you are. Games crash sure. The biggest problem was the system freeze crash. That was all Windows. That's top priority. GGG has a work around now. All these little baby crashes with only the game can be dealt with now. & yes, of course Microsoft quickly assisted with Ubisoft because it's a AAA company. GGG won't get love that quickly.

Lets not forget that multiple brands with SSDs and M.2s including Samsung, Western Digital, Sabrent, etc. literally had to come up with their own firmware update to keep Windows from forcing Host Memory Buffer blue screen of day recently. Windows has brought an astronomical amount of problems to developers and consumers. Those take top priority because of full system crash.
