Its a complex thing that they will need to sit down and look at. Its suppose to work like it did in the first game but its been tested and shown to not so there is some screwy numbers there somewhere.
Jonathan said that its essentially going to get a 15% buff with the patch but they will look at how they can make it as valuable as the other defensive options while bringer said options down a little bit as ES and Evasion are overtuned.
- Runes and other socketables can now be overwritten with new ones.

Most important:
Nerfed death effects, tuned down some rares/mobs, more bosses per maps, new boss tablet, 6 tries arbiter, citadels are easier to find, less troll affixes, they will "nerf 10 builds and buff 50 others", armor buffed, improvement warrior mace scaling because it's terrible, they don't want to nerf MF, they don't want to make 4th ascendancy any easier.
The only thing im missing is lowering ondeath effects across the board, not just for rares.
