Pretty sure they also reserve the right to do whatever they want (with the product) in their ToS too. :P
I'm not sure what's worst, flustering a few players that probably aren't even loyal to GGG and are complaining because it's Elon, or having Elon broadcast to millions of people on X that GGG banned him for something without definitive proof. The answer is pretty obvious from a business perspective, I think. :P
