How much DEX/STR on a sorc?
I'm going by the general rule of D2 with str which is "Just enough to wear gear" then dumping everything else into INT. But how about dex? Is that the same?

What is a good STR/DEX threshold for a caster sorc

Beside wearing requirements you also must consider skill support gems; strength determines how many red support gems you can use. Dexterity for green skill support gems and Intelligence for blue skill support gems.

Each skill can potentially use up to 4 support gems so that is something else you should have in mind and adjust as needed.

All 3 stats are moatly to equip gear and skill gems.
As sorc you will peobably need a lot of int, so you should make all the passive point Int, and if you need more str/dex just respec some of the points at the hooded one. You ahould aim for int gear with energy ahield anyway.

Some builds in endgame stack str for life but its an endgame thing.
