Oh... F off... Changing rules at the last encounter isn't something clever. Get your getgud attitude somewhere else, I'm not talking about everything being bad and in need of "yellow paint". I'm talking about specific encounter...
Given the previous patterns presented I expect I need to avoid everything before clock runs out not the other way around that is just common sense. If i had to pick up some ♥♥♥♥ before, fine that could be a valid point but no. I need to avoid everything in a fear of getting damage which is essential to this trial...
All I'm saying that if you are not familiar with this boss, first try would be very confusing and taking in account the punishment it's just a bad design...
ya without some kind of cue, a red "bad" area to avoid, a timer on a board location, an item with symbols, etc, it is bad design.
i havent been there. sounds like bad design. having to run through an entire trial until you trial and error the right pattern sounds like terrible design.
are people really defending this?
Avoid everything just like you avoided it thru all 4 floors, cuz touching anything was bad this whole time... Like i went from it as far as possible and was wating for boss move. And then all i get was GAME OVER.
You better google last floor. Theres boss mechanic that basicaly give you "you lose" sign if you dont know ahead what to do. Or you can get stuck in gauntles suz solution is actualy triggering trap and if you dont know about it, you will be running around cluelessly.
And than the Gameover screen with the notification from the game that you commited suicide.... i guess the devs don´t want the players to finish that with this mocking line....
For every try you have to run throught the same ♥♥♥♥ again and at the last stage i went through the same escape map 3 times.... in one run. A well placed copy and paste mechanic because they don´t even care about creating something interesting. Also after EVERY map on the last stage a well for sacred water but no merchants or shrines to spent in on or to restore honour.
I don't mind the first Trial or the second but not 3 or 4.
