What is going on?

I went from being able to play completely fine, now everytime I enter Clearfell I just crash. I had to remake a new HC and now I can't even play at all since I can't go through Clearfell

What type of crash are you having though? There are different ones. For example:

-Hard Crash - your PC is frozen and you have to hit the power switch to reboot your entire PC. This is possibly a Windows 11 Version 24H2 issue, and Microsoft needs to put out an update to fix this

-Crash to desktop - no warning, just crashing to desktop. Fix? No clue.

-Resource failure - 'Failed to create resource for texture' is the error code. If you get this, folks have been saying when they set DirectX12 to Vulken that it went away.

Crash to Desktop, no warning. Nothing. I tried changing to Vulkan and it does the same crash, since I heard that can fix it. But nope, change to Vulkan it crashes with no warning and then I have to reset the config file for the game to load again. Enter Clearwell Crash to desktop no warning, I never had any of these issues till just now. I was originally playing just fine this morning too.

You have THREE WEEK vacations? Are you a part of the US Congress? I'm from the US and most people barely get one week off a year.

Also, if GGG was going to be laying on the beach for the next three weeks one of sensible mind would have postponed the release of the game instead of having 1000+ bugs infest it while players help other players with solutions. One would think!

Are you able to check Event Viewer (Windows Log > System) and look for 'Error'. See if it's a KERNELBASE.dll error. If so, then that is Windows.

Didn't see anything in there of that, but now it just let me into the town finally. After fifteen ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attempts.

its gonna get worse. Wait till you get to act 2 with all the NPCs in the next safe zone.

Not much you can do. I for example cant Ascend cuz as soon as I try to enter Trial of Chaos my game shuts down.

Friend of mine doing it just fine tho. And i dont think its hardware related since the game works perfectly fine everywhere else.
