dont waste time on ggg support

such a joke of a support team I get there backed up but if you have any issues that are not life or death dont bother they will respond once a week. I got my account hacked they took my currency i got it back changed email and passwords and locked it up. sent and email asking if they can get my stuff back. After a week of no word they finally responded and locked my account to "Protect it from further damage". I was asked if I was ready to start the process of unlocking my account, Its been 3 days since I responded a full minute after they emailed me.

They are backed up I understand but they knew I changed emails and passwords and had my account so locking for a week or more was not helpful and did more damage then the hackers did.

Trust me its not worth your time waiting weeks on end to get support just grind what you lost.

actually no my 1.4khp level 84 ranger that struggles doing t7 maps would say otherwise. But Idc what you say im just warning people in general unless you cant play not to waste your time on ggg support the reason your contacting support is meaningless.

I created a thread a few days ago saying GGG shouldn't go on holiday, that they should skip Christmas, to handle all of these issues. Players got mad at me instead of at GGG! Why release a game so close to Christmas if you aren't going to fix the 1000+ issues people are having?

My issue is mostly why are they using a que system after they already starting the help process, it was 2 minutes after they emailed me I responded so why is it now that im back in que. is each response ganna be a week cause thats the problem.

The Devs didn't decide to release the game before Christmas. Some manager did.

That same manager would take off Christmas regardless of whether or not the Devs were forced to work.
