sisters of garukhan - bonus not working
on the map it marked as completed, but no +10 lightning res
anyone know what the problem?

I'm seeing the same thing. I just completed it again to make sure I didn't miss anything, but no luck. It also displays as greyed out on the map, suggesting it was completed.

Actually, I think it does work, it's just isn't obvious. Since there's an implicit -10% all res upon entering act 2, it looks like the character sheet is displaying the correct information. I wish they'd make it clearer that the quest bonus was awarded. Even a breakdown of res sources in the stat sheet would be nice, so you could see any bonuses applied without needing to tally manually.

It does work however like Mathron said as you progress through the acts you get -10% res each time to everything excluding chaos res.

Starting at 0% in act 1 and ending at -50% in act 3 cruel.
