Was fun, but Windows 11 24H2...

Well, the game isn't made for running on Windows 11 with update 24H2.
So I can't play the game until they fix it.

Going to a different zone means my computer is going to hard lock and I will have to reboot to fix.

Was a fun game until that update landed.

Been having freezes and crashes with 24H2 too, but I am able to play for an hour or so without crashes by following these steps:
- Make sure it's using Vulkan instead of Dx12
- Before logging in the game and choosing a character, disable Engine Multithreading. But once you're in the game, enable it again. I found that most of my freezes happen when initially loading the game from the character menu.

Disable Multiprocess on menu before teleport, and active again after teleport.. 100% works.. Unfortunately, it's the only way I found to play.

Well.. the update was not auto. You had to manually click on it to update it.

Yeah, pretty much this. Next best thing is to probably uninstall the Windows 24H2 update. If you're stuck in Insider Preview like me, you're straight outta luck, probably best to reformat to Windows 10 or Linux.

Win10 22H2 here and my PC locks up when I zone somewhere probably 70% of the time. It doesn't do it on Directx11 but the game runs so poorly then that it's unplayable. Vulkan and Directx12 both cause the freezes. The only solution is to uncheck Multithreading before zoning and then recheck after loading, but it's pretty annoying.

There must be a big error with multithreading and Windows 11 24H2. I changed back and everything ist working fine with 23H2.

Doesn't work, Windows 11 24H2 is the problem.
Many of my programs stutter or freeze with this update.
Without 24H2 everything is smooth.

Same exact issue. I just can't even play. It is sad cause I want to play, but this makes it impossible and annoying. This does not happens in any other game I have.
