Trial of Chaos is utter trash

I've been breezing through the game as a merc, soloing all bosses, I'm not at end of act 3 and still can't complete the trial of chaos. It is insane the debuffs you get make you almost get oneshot or have to constantly dodge 100 lasers or fireballs, whilst also having 100 enemies chase you with a good amount of elites thrown in for good measure.

Are majority of people actually completing this trial?

Most of people are probably still at ACT 1 at best ACT 2

The first Trials of Chaos is trash, but was still doable for me after an enormous amount of attempts, but cruel difficulty Trials of Strength and Trials of Chaos are utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I'm playing monk and can't even get past the first floor on the 3rd level without instantly losing my remaining honour and the other Trial is downright impossible for me on cruel. Not to mention that the game likes to crash on the Trials of Chaos making everything so much worse, especially if the run is somewhat doable.

it's not mandatory to do to do trials early....level up and try later in easy mode

True. Feel the same. Wtf are with those debuffs? Playing melee against ranged and caster mobs are already dumb. Now all those meaning less lightning projectiles blood f8cking orbs all over the place.

(To save your time i'd also add - no, you don't get those after completing 2 floors or 7 stages)

I didn't struggle much with it and did it at level. I did have the dragon boss go glitchy as all hell though. For about 3/4ths of the fight he would just teleport to the top, do a breath attack and then teleport to the bottom as soon as I got up there. Then would teleport back up as soon as I went down. Rinse and repeat. Nonstop for like 10 minutes till it finally died from one hit at a time.

Did this trial almost instantly after starting Act 3, but honestly you don't have to rush to complete it. Stock up on better gear and resistances Act 3 has some decent drop improvements Specially higher level support/skill gems and optional bosses that give free resistances

somehow i find sekemas way worse, even playing as range, you can get a random debuff that kills your 1h run

Finally completed it with minion witch. First few times failed cus of rng. This time i could choose runes with lightning almost all stages. So it was Path of Spacebar all the way.
I was 10 lvls higher tho xD

I just finished ACT 1 on second difficulty. I completed Trial of Chaos on my Sorceress when I was two levels above it. I died there 4 times. 2 times on mobs and 2 times on bosses. Well, I can only recommend to not take debuffs which decrease your damage. Better to dodge everything then fighting tanky enemies. Also, you need to complete only 4 levels which are the same every time. First I thought I need to complete 10 levels and with such debuffs it could be very hard, but after boss on level 4 it was completed. Level 1 - pretty easy killing everyone. Level 2 - don't even need to kill everyone if you struggle and you can just focus on dodging. Level 3 - just don't rush and kill mob packs one after another since they come only when you move statue. Level 4 - just killing the boss.

How much I need level up? I easely do t15 breach, but trials are still impossible for me
