My cosmetics from PoE 1 doesn´t work actually

Hello friends,

My cosmetics from PoE 1 doesn´t work actually in PoE2.
Is GGG working on a fix right now?
Anyone else got the same issue?

Since adding my steam account to my POE account. I cannot login to my main account as a new steam account was created. All of my POE1 purchases didn't transfer nor the credits being available. Emailed customer service and still waiting for a confirmation. Going to be asking for a refund at this point.

"Will my Path of Exile 1 microtransactions work in Early Access?

Yes, but not all microtransactions are available to use yet. Many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available, but due to a massive amount of microtransactions in Path of Exile 1, we’re still in the process of adding them all to Path of Exile 2, so many of them will be marked as ‘unavailable’ in your cosmetics tab. During Early Access we will be working through the backlog and making them all available."

Nothing else does. But to be fair, POE 2 is a brand new IP, so I guess we are luck some stuff does.

None of my stashes transferred and i had practically all in PoE 1 - so there are problems.

Stashes are supposed to transfer, that's directly from GGG. Most cosmetic MTX as well. Most people don't want to pay again for something that was explicitly stated to carry over.

To Elrood, have you checked that you have the right sub-account selected? If you've merged accounts previously, your stuff may have gotten transferred to the wrong sub-account.

Because PoE is a great game and GGG is not some bs company that tries to sell the exact same thing twice, people expect good things from a good company. So have some self-freaking-respect, or at least don’t sprout something stupid to others ever again.

What? Because GGG told us so and that is how GGG handle things in their games. It was a promise. That´s why they be loved instead of the Blizz... cash grabber !!!!

i mean bro not everyone has 80 bux to spend on new cosmetics and its not a completely new game. all the cosmetics as far as i know will be added with time. so wasting money on new ones are extremely stupid even if u have the money. be patient and dont tryna act all mighty xd

I have weapon effects that I bought in POE1 and they are UNAVAILABLE in POE 2. On PlayStation 5. Which one are currently cross available? How would I know which ones are? In the Poe 2 shop, on PS5, there are 2 or 3 weapon effects. What about back attachments?

99% of my cosmetics don't work in POE 2. IT's not just you. They'll add them eventually.. if they hold true to what they said about all the cosmetics being available in both games.
