I have a 3080 and it runs even on the lowest settings and resolution with 10 - 20 fps.
Tried everything in the settings.
Can't even change texture quality. Its fix on middle.
I can't switch gpu or monitor screen. Some settings are not available for me. Idk why.
New Driver is installed and i reinstalled both once.
There was a multicore thread thingy box that SHOULD BE CHECKED. That could be it.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with the rain and ambience, darkness, etc. they are using to convince people that the graphics are good... when you can't really see anything.
