Purchased the Early Access key but it says I don't have it.....

I am also not able to play even i added the key to steam and downloaded it but no chance to play thats sucks. I am also not able to connect to the Path of excile 2 Webpage on my accound nothing shows up ..... realy nice start i guess lolololololol going back to Stalker 2 now :(

You shouldn't have to do that in the first place. This is just their poor coding abilities to link the steam servers to their login server.

I understand servers being unresponsive. I understand the launch can be rocky. I don't understand and i won't accept, when game says i don't have it when i purchased it. You have done ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up ggg. I waited all night and day and game asks me to purchase something i already did? It does leave a bad ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ taste i tell you.

I bought it on here Site then they geve me the key for steam i add it to my steam aaccound and was able to install it !

Hey guys, link your poe account to steam via poe website.
Once linked, you should be sent here - https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account
Then click on "Path of Exile 2 Early Access" on the lower right.
It will send you here - https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access
If it shows you don't have access. Just refresh by clicking on the early-access link from my-account.
It appears that there is a delay on syncing your steam account with the poe servers.
