Easier to use many support gems and so on
A welcome change imo
I'm sure some would prefer it to be more "hardcore" like in POE1
edit: in case its not clear, I am answering the 'will it get fixed' question
Its like in all your 500 hrs of Diablo 4 you didint get 100+ uniques that were the same freaking thing.
you schilling hard for d4. Maybe you should go play that some instead of padding your 3 hrs in PoE1
Poe 1 end game sucks because every league comes with it's rng and arbitrary buffs for end game npcs. Most of the time you run into rares (especially possessed ones) tougher than any end game boss.
If you're willing to learn what makes builds work, and ways to circumvent problems you'll do much better in this series. Rushing the campaign is fine, but you'll run into the death a million ways in t1 maps because you don't have high enough life/res/defenses.
Grind the content you can manage until you can afford to get better gear. If you need to level as one build and transition to another because it's expensive or has very certain passive requirements then do so. Some end game builds are designed to be built into AFTER you gain the resources to do so.
Check out league starters if you find yourself getting smashed a lot right out of the campaign... They're designed for the leveling AND early endgame progression.
I'd rather spend a month perfecting my own build than follow someones guide like a puppet.
You don't need to follow anything close to a guide to get past tier 1 maps.
