on my oled steam deck the game booted fine the first time, before I started playing I tried modifying the screen size in options and it appeared to freeze, so now no matter how many times I restart the game it will only sit at the "loading" screen(bottom right side text)

not sure if the update did this, never played before today. any assistance would be appreciated :[

And this is why I grab every game free on Epic store, so that Todd has to pay the devs money, even if I don't play the game or like or use Epic at all whereever possible. I have almost 500 games on there and have only played 5-10 of them.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, or go to the settings folder and delete everything. I'm not sure where that would be located on a steamdeck though.
