I've lost about 10000 ores while prospecting in Dhorm Farum

It's too easily to stuck while prospecting ores, everytime I could only recreate room to continue next step, AND everytime I found that materials missing(a lot, 30%-100%). In 3 days I even couldn't afford myself a suit of gem. I'm in pain, it makes me want to give up, please fix it as soon as possible and if you can give my ores back?
