Rapid Fire not working

Hi, Rapid Fire's Pirate skill isn't working anymore.

When you cast rapid fire, you don't fire any bullet.

Yeah it's not working for me either. I reported this bug in 2015, and again this year, but they just always close it and say it's been rosolved.

You used to be able to open and close the character window(double tapping T ), and it would show your attack speed in negative, but would only be after the skill ran out and stopped.

Please please please fix this please

I wish the devs would say something about this, I've been asking since it was semi-broken in 2015 and no answer ever except "issue resolved", come on Devs.. I've never given a bad review and i don't want this to be my first. You already strung me along for more and more money just to have all the content, after i backed the game in early acess thinking I would have all the content, now I can't even play because my character's skill stops him from shooting. Please at least tell us your working on it.

I've found a temporary fix.. I took off my rapid fire and attck speed runes, lowering my RF skill and lowering my attack speed.. which makes RF work again, just got to be careful and not increase your attack speed too much I guess.. still is broken, but at least I can play the character somewhat.
