Legendary affix on items have combo?

I have: legendary club have Hellfire. Rare Charm have Hellfire too.
Will be combo chance or damage from skill? Or will be work only one of them?

I guess your chances to cast it will stack somehow.
If you have to items with asy "5% chance to cast hellfire", then you would have 10% cast in effect.

I'm pretty sure damage don't increase.

What do you guys think?

I think Legendary items should have their own pool of affixes.

Please make Holy Freeze stop perma freezing monsters outside the gate where I can't hit them or have a hard time. That affix might be OP now that monsters can't cast while frozen.

If it works like most games, then 2 items that both give a X% mproc rate wouldn't yield twice the chance of the proc. It would be 2 chances at X% per attack to proc it, which could also lead to a double proc if that is an option in hero siege. I could be wrong though and it could give 2X% to proc once. I'm not sure how it's coded.

It's probably not stacking, but 2 different X%. Imagine you have 5% to proc but you have 2 items with it. You have 5% to proc it +5 other % to proc it and 5%*5% to proc it twice with a single attack. It's a bit confusing yes.

If you have two times 5% proc chance, it's like having 10% right? :D

Statistics are strange, it don't work like that.
But you have a little chance to double proc, so it's better.
