Relic Listing and Functions (through Mevius DLC)

If anyone wants to use the below to make guides, feel free. I really don't mind or care enough to do it myself.

Wanted to make this up for anyone who wanted to know the new items and what they do/compare items/decide in-game whether something's worth buying.

Items by row as below, left to right.

Devil Horn - Gives you Double Damage when below 10% HP
Demon Sheep - Demon Sheep orbits the player and deals damage to enemies in contact
Doom Flute - Gives +50 Swiftness
Frozen Orb - Gives a chance to Freeze enemies on impact
Nunchucks - Gives +20 Swiftness and +20 Strength but -10 Stamina
Poison Spear - Gives a chance to poison enemies on impact
Rubber Duck - Throw this Duck and it will explode on impact
Skull Axe - Gives +75 Strength
Spectral Arrow - Makes your shots spectral
The Spoon - Gives +10 to all stats and +10 to movement speed
Storm Dagger - Gives +45 Swiftness and a chance to smite your enemies with lightning
Odin's Sword - Gives a chance to set the ground on Fire when attack

The Amputation Kit - Cuts your legs off and gives you flight
Skullbat - Follows the player around and shoots at enemies
Ankh - If you die, the Ankh will resurrect you
Shredder - Orbits the player and deals massive damage to enemies on impact
Stigmata - When below 5% hp starts regenerating HP rapidly
Magic Mushroom - Gives +30 to a random stat
Jefre's Subscription - Gives +35 to Strength and Stamina but -10 Movement Speed
Rock Belt - Gives +50 to Movement Speed
Sausage - Gives +100 to Stamina
Spirit Skull - Gives +50 to Strength
Apple - Launches a huge apple in air shooting around projectiles upon impact with ground
F.E.T.U.S. - Orbits the player dealing massive damage to enemies on impact

The Eye - Follows the player around and shoots aerial explosive tears
Devil Skull - Shoots projectiles around from the player every few seconds
Whip - Gives +100 Swiftness
Cake - Gives +75 Stamina
Cookies & Milk - Gives +75 Stamina
Blazing Boots - Makes the player leave a blazing trail behind
Charmed Blood - Gives the player a minor life steal
Shrunken Head - Follows the player around and shoots poison projectiles into enemies
Odd Book of Spells - Gives +50 Strength but -25 Swiftness
Ancient Rock - Follows the player around and shoots heavy projectiles into enemies
The Holy Bible - Gives +50 Stamina and Flight
DaBox - Drops a bunch of potions, usable once

Aaron's Staff - Heals the player on use
Ogre Club - Gives +35 Strength and a chance to stun enemies on attack
Titan's Gladius - Gives 1% chance to one-hit enemies or deal huge damage into bosses
Basilisk's Tooth - Gives a 2% chance to turn enemies into stone and instakill them
Twin Blade - Gives a 5% chance to make your next attack a Critical Strike
Hand Scythe - Gives +100 Swiftness but -30 Strength
Templar Shield - Orbits around the player blocking projectiles and dealing damage to enemies
King's Crown - Converts 5% of your current money into damage
Damned Buckler - Gives +75 Armor
Dragon Shield - Every 8 attacks taken launches a huge meteor into nearest enemies
Barbed Shield - Gives a chance enemies harm them selves when attacking the player
Helm of Chaos - If below 5% HP the player casts Odin's Fury

Plague Pendant - Gives a chance to poison enemies when they attack
Bracer of Life - Gives a passive health regeneration
Token of Luck - Turns all potions into positive ones
The Allmighty Fedora - Follows the player around and rapidly shoots projectiles into enemies
Guardian Angel - Orbits the player pushing enemies away on contact
Book of Belial - Gives Double Damage on use
Double Scythe - Throw this spinning double sided scythe into enemies to damage them
Fire & Ice - Chance to burn or freeze enemies on attacks
Light Katana - Gives +125 Swiftness
Dirge - Gives +30 Swiftness and +30 Strength
The Skeleton Key - Gives 99 Keys
Razorwire - Chance to make enemies bleed on impact

Rocket Battery - Chance to launch homing missles on attack
Rainbow Gate - Launch a huge rainbow drool on use
The Glove - Gives the player instant relic and potion pickup
Fly Swatter - Total troll relic, spawns a prop fly on use
Hellscream Axe - Gives +35 Strength and chance to set enemies on fire
Frostmourne - Gives +40 Swiftness and +40 Strength and a chance to unleash an Ice Shockwave on attack
Commander's Sword - Gives +25 Swiftness and +50 Strength but -15 Movement Speed
Butcher's Knife - Gives +30 Strength and +10 Movement Speed and a chance to unleash a Blood Shockwave on attack
War Zeppelin - Follows the player around shooting homing missles into enemies
Death's Scythe - Gives a chance to unleash chaos skulls around the player on attack
Angel Staff of Apocalypse - Summons many explosions around the player on use
Rocket Barrage - Summons a horde of Homing Missiles on use

Holy Water - Gives you immortality for a short period of time
Shiv - Throws multiple shivs in the direction faced on use
Stickman Steve - Summons the legendary Stickman Steve
Bomb - Lay down a bomb on use which will explode when coming in contact with an enemy
Rusted/Silver/Golden Cube - +5/10/15 to all stats
Rusted/Silver/Golden Dagger - Gives +10/20/40 Swiftness
Rusted/Silver Sword - Gives +10/20 Strength

Golden Sword - Gives +40 Strength
Rusted/Silver/Golden Ring - Gives +10/20/40 Stamina
Rusted/Silver/Golden Axe - Gives +5/10/20 Armor and Strength
Meat Hook - Hooks the nearest enemy to the player and stuns it
Candy Crusher - Throws around explosive candy on use
Cheese Burger - Gives +150 stamina but -25 Strength
Triforce - Gives +30 to Strength, Swiftness, and Armor
Damien's Amulet - Gives +500 Strength, -75 Swiftness/Armor/Stamina

Cactus - Spawns small cactuses below enemies damaging them
Razer Blade - Gives +150 Swiftness, -20 Strength/Armor/Stamina
Rusted/Silver/Golden Armor - Gives +10/30/60 Armor
Assassin's Shuriken - Gives the player a chance to throw ninja shurikens towards nearby enemies
The Sun - Gives a chance to summon sun rays from the sky to burn enemies
Razer Headset - Pulses Sound Nova around the player damaging enemies
Mayo's Old Sock - Gives +1 Strength
Tequila - Gives +55 Strength and Swiftness but -15 Armor and Stamina
The Mighty Sushi - Gives a chance to throw around explosive sushi on attack
Karp Head - Follows the player around shooting enemies

Lantern - Has a chance to heal the player when taking damage
Razor Leaf - Has a chance to throw four razor leaves that destroy enemies on their way
Ninja Hook - Hooks 3 nearby enemies to the player and stuns them
Rice & Chopsticks - Gives a chance to disarm enemies on attack
Minisect - Follows the player around shooting projectiles in 4 directions
Shade of Death - Stuns all enemies on use
Dislocated Eye - Slows all enemies for a short period of time
Half Eaten Mochi - Increases health gained from Health Globes
Bonsai Tree - Gives +4 to all stats
DaPlayer's Dislocated Head - Gives a chance to summon homing exploding flies
Witch Claw - Gives a chance to turn enemies into Apples on attack
Shattered Katana - Gives a chance to spawn 4 patterns of Tornado's on attack

Orb of Fire - Summons a Fire Hydra on use
Orb of Ice - Summons an Ice Orb that freezes enemies on use
Orb of Poison - Casts a Poison Nova on use
Orb of Chaos - Summons a Vorpal Explosion into all enemies on use
Large Beer - Gives a chance to barf out some leftover beer on the ground which causes the stomach acid to burn enemies
Bouncy - Throws a huge bouncy Spike Ball into direction faced on use
Magnet - Sucks all the coins into the player
Balalayka - Plays a balalayka solo and deals massive AOE damage
Darts - Throws darts around in a circle
Small Spikey - Gives a chance to spawn small spike balls that orbit the player and deal damage
Satan's Horn - Stomps the ground and raises spikes stunning and damaging all enemies around the player
Necromancer's Finger - Gives a chance to raise souls from dead bodie that home and explode into the nearest enemies

Jar of Flies - Spawns a swarm of flies around the player
Satan's Tooth - Ignites all enemies in screen on fire
Butterfly Knife - Gives + swiftness and a chance to do critical strikes
Lightning Ball - Gives a chance to cast a chainlightning ball
Steam Sale - Lowers all treasure fort prices -50%
ES Energy - Boosts Swiftness and Movement Speed
Boomerang - Throws a Boomerang that damages all enemies it touches, and then comes back
Squishy the Suicidal Pig - Calls for Squishy the Suicidal Pig to do a suicide mission
Satan's Eye - Gives a chance to do Hellfire on attack
Homing Shots - Makes attacks homing
Light Cola - Makes the player throw up for a few seconds
The Holy Grail - +5 all stats and a chance for god to smite your foes

Monkey King Bar - Gives you flight and increases movement speed slightly
Horned Mask - Demon Head statues no longer attack you
Honey Bee - Summons an orbitting Honey Bee that throws slowing honey puddles on the ground
Sun Flare - Calls down randomly places sun rays that damage enemies impacted
1000 KG - Throws around 1000 KG weights
Pickled Brain - Summons a Zombie companion to fight for you
Keygen.exe - Stuns and damages enemies on screen for 4 seconds
Dragon's Head - Makes the player spit fire into the direction faced
Winner's Drug - Gives +100 to a random stat for 10 seconds
Casino Dice - Drops a huge Dice on the spot casted in
Lottery Ticket - Gives +2500 gold on pickup
Vadira - Throws a thunder spear towards point faced

Maryo's Pipe - Warps the payer into a random position in map
Rotten Apple - Turns all enemies in screen into apples
Hand of Midas - Gives a chance to turn enemies into gold coins upon death
Oversized - Doubles the size of projectiles
Daddy's Key Chain - Gives random keys on use
Fortune Card - Does a random event on use
Delicious Pie - Puts down a pie that lures enemies towards it
Amazon's Spear - +30 Speed, +50 Swiftness
Jungle Vial - Gives poison cloud effect
Mana Dices - Gives a chance to restore mana on attack
A Wizard's Hat - Restores mana on use
Zombie's Face - Slows nearby enemies

Yeah, the list above includes the new relics. Figure if anyone wants to use the above to update the wiki, so much the better, but I don't care that much to do it myself.

Yeah, the wiki gets updated, but they're not complete to date as yet (also I don't remember seeing a layout pic as it appears in-game, just a list with icons).

They are mana dices. Gives a chance to restore mana onhit.

Most relics should be reworked again. Poison or other dmg dealing relics do almost no dmg on higher diffs/wormholes. A scaling would be awesome.
