Is Surtur's crown bugged?
Is the chain to grab Surtur's crown bugged? I've seen several guides where people simply reach the crown and interact with it, but I've tried every possible pixel around it, and the option to interact with the chain on the ground doesn't appear. It's quite discouraging.

Did you have the daily quest for it when attempting it?

I did this bounty quest a while ago and it worked well. You can't interact with it if you don't have a quest for it.
