Do the loot preset filters work?

I applied the arcane attack preset. But it only makes physical items standout. Even though I dropped a item with arcane damage/skill it doesnt highlight the arcane gear. Tried using arrow keys to select the filter wondering if its not selecting properly, but same result.

The highlight is giving physical items a orange outline and star on the minimap. Although in the settings it shows the outline color should be cyan? Ive gone through poe and last epoch filters.. but maybe im just dumb?

they are ♥♥♥♥ i tested a couple ways and stuff gets through. My highlight doesn't work at all, unless i missed something.

The loot filters aren't very intuitive and you have to set them in a way that doesn't quite make sense sometimes. using the presets isn't that great, as it's pretty random and doesn't highlight everything it says it does.
