We refer to those as "key dungeons". Each dungeon has their own respective key and when you go put in a key, you gain different increases dependant on how many keys you used. The main feature about those dungeons is that they give you Glyph experience and also drops glyphs. When you die inside a key dungeon with a key used, the mobs as you died are still there but when you go back in, they no longer drop glyph exp. So this is something to keep in mind and beware of.
