got a couple of them in my steam inventory. says it requires a satanic key to open it

thats ok, but i cant find them in my game inventory anywhere or in any of the menus.


is it a trading card?

Those are cases that can be unboxed with a key you buy from the "inventory" menu in your character selection, they only contain cosmetics.
