Boss Items?

I've come across something called Gurag's Heart and it's nothing I can actually use but it still shows up in my inventory, well technically it's below the minion's stats. It looks like a bleeding piece of rock which next to what looks like Death's collar and a few other items. What exactly are they? How rare are these drops? What are they for? And has anyone else gotten these/collected them all?

Well I think that these Items lead up to something really cool, just because there so rare but idk but theres probably some people who have all of them. But they also may be for a future update so be on the look out! (I guess?)

quick question does that mean that you need the dlc bosses artifacts included eve if you dont have dlc? and i have the fallen paladin dlc but the unholy grounds hasent ulocked for some reason even though i have finished all the default zones

All I know that the boss kills most tiered heros with ease and its very strong , I havent summoned the boss yet , but I have have heard of how hard it is

damn im currently grinding bosses and all i need is the eye from damien and i just want to know if i need the dlc ones too

you dont need the dlc part of the boss only the first four one to summon him

What do you mean best? I've beat him twice and I didn't remember anything great.

Probably because this thread was necro'd lol. You and the guy above you replied to comments from nearly 2 years ago.

Back then there were no wormholes nor toxic difficulty and fallen inoya was indeed the hardest content.

One thing worth mentioning though, is that uber damien has a very high chance of dropping satanics, so if you just want some satanic helm / chest for your synergies, that'd be a great spot to get them.

Used to be even more so when you were able to port back to town and re-do the whole thing without having to use another set of artifacts, but eh, for some reason the devs like putting that let's say "feature" into the game, then removing it, then put it back in and then remove it again over and over.

Fallen Inoya is a piece of cake on anything other than toxic for obvious reasons, in fact, the whole game is a piece of cake outside of toxic and wormholes.
