bounty board is broken

any quest i try to turn in closes my game, the quest i have to return is never the quest prompted to turn in at the board... ive got 2 completed quests and a quest item i cant get rid of because i cant turn in the quests

I'm having the same problem. I got my first bounty. I needed to get Anita's Amulet in Sea of Kelpes. I found it but can't turn it in anywhere. What am I missing? Do you turn it in at the bounty board or am I supposed to give it to Anita in Danethorpe Act 2-0? Both options don't work...
