Where is the server migrate button?

Login message say you can migrate after initial login, but I cant find it.

Login first with europe 1, and then it should prompt you to be able to select your desired server

I don't think everyone gets that prompt, my friend never saw anything and seems to be stuck on Europe.

I havent seen that as well, but I am not surprised. There are just few things working properly.
