Can't create account; email already used? :(

I tried creating a user account.

I used my email address and used the nick I always used

I received two (?) confirmation emails. Both links worked...

Now I cannot use neither my username or password.

When I try and do either recovery, says my account does not exist

When I try to re-create using the same username, says it's already being used

When I try and create a new username, I am told my email is already in use...

But...I can't recover...so... lol?

I suggest submitting a ticket here: https://autoseries.net/bugtracker/index.php?page=add_new&type=ticket

It'll likely be a better place for them to see it, and will likely get resolved faster as well.

Note: Submit a ticket, not an issue.

I would....but I can't authenticate :) I can't create an account, hence, I can't login to create a ticket :(

Right, of course... I obviously didn't think of that before commenting, haha.

I wonder if they have a support email address you could send a help request to, otherwise I'm sure they'll see this eventually.

Yeah, i sent them an email through their webpage, but it was their "dev" website so I gave them as much detail as I could...but with the plethora of junk anyone receives this day and age, I'll be surprised if they receive it :)

Anyone want to create a ticket and link them this URL, please? :) I bought this game, gave away my 3 copies to 3 friends; and they can all play together and I am left waiting.

I received a reply from esko.salonen@ and he fixed my issue. Claims there had been an error during registration.
