I have Damiens eye, what is it for? Also how to access nightmare?

I beat act IV and can;t go to nightmare levels. and what is damiens eye for?

Damiens eye is an artifacts, one of 6. You get these artifacts from ACT bosses. When you have collected all artifacts you can summon Uber Damien, a boss. Unless you have alot of relics and decent gear it could be very difficult to kill this boss.

To access nightmare you need to complete all normal acts, which include to kill mevious in act 7.

Mevius need only killed if he has Wrath of Mevius Dlc ;) u need complete all Acts depending on which DLCs u have.

Oh I have all DLC except the demon one so... rip. how much is the demon one? if someone gets me it i'll ive them binding of isaac

How do you summon Uber Damien? Whenever I collect a full set, I just open a wormhole. Is there another option?

You walk to the bottom right corner on the town map and talk with the man whom's there. You get teleported to town again, but this town is on fire etc, and you will have to fight uber damien + some other enemies. He has about 20-25 million health and his laser will one hit you. If you are not sure that you will defeat him alone, ask someone for help. Uber damien has a 100% wormholekey dropchance.

Its not the level that makes you strong, its the relic and pots. Would recommend to have ankh, high damage and alot of attackspeed. But if you wanna run safe, run with a friend. In that way you can respawn one another if something should turn out ugly.
