Question about skillbar + Ninja
I have a question regarding the skillbar.
What is this blue icon supposed to be? right next to "inventory"?
It displays (if you play with a XBOX 360 controller):

Y = level up
A = Inventory
[?] = Blue icon ...

Dunno what that is?

Also, I'm lv 36 with my ninja and can spend points on this wind attack + heal attack, but the thing in the middle is not skillable? Why is that?

press UP to open it

Put one point into evade skill and u abble to learn this skill as well
