how can i remove socketed runes?

i m level 16 ,PLS game Is very bad i had a very good armor with socket It was for level 11, i socketed It then changed armors with my old One to test dps and now It says armor Is for level 31 and WTF Is this garbage It should warn you or something now i want to remove the runes since i Imagine It Will go back to level 11 but from the starting Town black Smith there Is no options help PLS

You need to go to the first town to find the NPC Crafting. Scroll down a bit to find a box that says Empty Sockets. Requires 2 Sal and 1 Perfect Gem or 1 Perfect Skull.

Then what?? Cause the ''empty socket'' is highlight but i cant clic or do anything! How is it suppose to work??? Sorry been like half an hour trying to remove my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gems to rempalce them and cant seem to figure it out...

i get it i had same problem, you need to put perfectly 2 sal runes and 1 gem/skull (perfect one) than item and click craft
