Hide common,magic, rare items?
Just wondering to reduce lag. Is there anyway to mod the items in a way to hide the items that i would not use?

Nope.

would be cool to have item filters like in path of exile

Items don't really cause that much of a performance hit unless you're playing on a machine that barely rivals a Nintendo Gamecube.

I beg to differ when you are doing Siege Mode and it becomes that the game is having to render 100+ items every couple miliseconds you run into having frame loss (lag). Do some software engineering and you will see.

I only played Siege Mode until wave 150 then quit due to boredom. Didn't know this was an issue in that mode.

Really laughable. Making statements like that to imply you're a software engineer when clearly you aren't.

At no point are you going to play siege mode long enough to have items on ground cause any noticable lag.
It would take hours upon hours of playing a gamemode that has no leaderboard and only 1 achievement to create such issues. At which point if you should probably have logged off long ago.

That's funny that you say that. I do however do software engineering as a hobby not a proffession. So you kind sir need to watch your bounds. Also, that is a false statement because it does not matter how many items; if you lack a higher powered gpu less items will cause lag sooner. Thank you for your time NoMadsDemon. #EducateYourself

GameMaker from what I know doesn't utilize the gpu as much as it does the processor, and those items would use cpu power if anything, and when you start having hundreds of those items and you have a slow computer- you may drop a few frames.

I'm locking this topic now. OP's question was answered, no need for this extra stuff. :stickmansteve:
