What is Sandboxie actually doing? Im always getting people im my Room who join and do strange moves like a bot,killing all Enemies and keep running to Portals and stuff.

Nah, if you have noticed I was quite happy with them responding that they were tweaking the way reflect works and I am quite happy with the changes they did.

You never really destroyed me in the thread since I got a response from the actual Dev which fyi you are not and they responded in a clear matter.

But back to what you are saying about Multiboxing, In most games anything like Sandboxing to have multiple copies of a game open is considered 3rd party programming and considered cheating or having an unfair advantage.

But if the Devs for this game allow it, so be it I will recant my statement.

Complete inaccuracy. Owning a copy of a game on separate accounts, and playing them simultaneously, is allowed in the majority of games out there (including MMO's). If it is not then it's specified in the TOS. It's not considered cheating.

False actually, in most MMO's having mutlple accounts is illegal and in this case having mutliple accounts and multiple instances of said game running is considered against most MMO's ToS, due to Bots aka Gold Farming accounts.

I've seen friends get banned on CSGO for Multi-boxing, I've seen people get banned for Multi-boxing on DOTA 2, Seen it on WoW, Seen it on Warcraft 3, Seen it on Maplestory, Seen it on quite a few MMO's.

But like I said "But if the Devs for this game allow it, so be it I will recant my statement." for this game specifically or any other game that is not MMO based but MP based.

Interesting, whenever I blocked someone they are immediately removed from my friends list. Never have I seen someone stay on my list after I personally block them.

Not false, actually. I said unless specified in the ToS, it's not considered cheating. it's simply just not allowed in certain games.
