Is there a proper way to exit the game?

Well, you can call me the new Hero Siege addict. Got the game yesterday evening and already played for two hours (which is, according to my obligations, a lot).

Could you please tell me is there a proper button to quit the game since pressing ESC always crashes it (and leaves, but I don't want to crash it every time and wait for Microsoft to do its 'reporting a problem' loading).

Also, any newbie interested in co-op (sorry, big guys, it's not fun to run through it with you watching my back), feel free to add me. :)

when are u in Stage just press V and go portal then come village of inoya and hit Esc then exit u wont loos any of your relics

Hey Bro, I know that. I was actually thinking about exiting the game from the main menu. There's no Exit button and when I press ESC, my game crashes. Of course, everything's been saved properly.

i think this may be necro post but i think its the only way was weird for me too at first but windows does not report a crash for me but btw you can safely cancel the crash check anyone who has modded a beth game will tell ya :D

You can't necro a post that was made yesterday.
Try verifying the game files. It sounds like something was missed during installation and it happens quite often with digital distributed games. If that doesn't fix your issues, try running it in different modes (Windowed, Full Screen, etc.).

Also try tabbing out of the game and see if that doesn't crash the game.

He may have meant necroing this thread, or something regarding the Necromancer character. Sounded to me like he was referencing the former.

I also use Esc, and it does not crash. Also, I am just starting. I would like to do a co-op. The only other online players I can find are all above level 100... I did complete Normal difficulty, but my character is level 80.

I use a controller and just mash B until the game exits. Haven't had a single crash.
