Question about Daily Quest : The crown of surtr

well i found Muspelheim in Act 8 Forgotten caves.
but how can i remove the surtr's crown?

There are chains in the top left, if you stand just under them a notification 'F' should pop up. You then swing across and can mash 'F' to grab it.

thank you for reply bro，i see surtr kneel on the ground with two chains locked on his wrist.
but there was no 'F' pop up when i hanging around the chains or wrist and even further.
i didn't see any other chains in the dungeon
besides,i accept the quest in NIGHTMARE difficulty and also try to finish in NIGHTMARE .
i am totally confused

It is the pile of chains up and left from the statue. It is a small pile on the floor.

sadly nothing happened when I went to the pile of chains and hit f, is there a quest or something?
