White Mage - how do the procs work?

For example, heavinly fire - can that proc off of only my basic attack or also skills? I'm trying to plan out how to build him.

So after goofing with it for a while, looks like only the default attack. So is the general idea to focus on a single power or default attack?

generally speaking the skill tooltips should specify if its attacks or skills or perhaps both. an example would be samurai's omnislash skill, this ability can activate other proc based skills like fan of knives. I have not looked at white mage in depth. but I can take a look and see if i can help deduce which it is. I do know chain lightning chance on heal is a 100% chance to activate when you use a heal though. Have not looked at all of the procs much though.

after taking a quick look based on the wording i can only assume the chance on attack passives on white mage are default attack due to the wording, if we take a look at redneck for example, you will see a spontaneous combustion passive that states "gives a chance for all attack and abilities to inflict the enemy with burning." if this is anything to go off of any passives that are worded like this shall only work for both default attacks and abilities. outside of this I cannot provide much else information.

I run White Mage using Healing Zone as my main skill. It procs Heavenly Fire. So their skills can proc it too. I literally just press Healing Zone which reduces my damage taken, chain lightnings everything as it ticks heals, shields me, and leaves Heavenly Fires all on the ground.
