"Obtain an Angelic item" Achievement

Any advice on how to get an angelic item? I've currently been running wormhole level 200 over and over.

I still haven't gotten it, even with the update.

My god that is awful. Why would the drop rates even be so ridiculous? There's no benefit to putting items in and making them virtually unobtainable in what is primarily a single player pve game.
