Quests in Nightmare

hello. i am new in hero siege and i have beaten act 6 yesterday the first time. now i am back in the first town, but i cant get any quests there. i see the marker above the npc, but he dont give me the quest. i changed the difficulty to nightmare, can play and get quests in the field, but not in town. do i need something for that or no quests after beating the rgular game ?

ps. i dont have any dlcs or mods

Quests are normal only which is why they are all mostly pointless anyway outside like minings quest
