How To Change My Character's (In-Game) Name?

I've renamed it from Talents tab but it has no affect.

In the talents page to the left is a rename button.

Yup I did that. It doesn't change the name above my character in-game.

I dont play with name tags, so did not see that you are correct.
It changes your name up on top character portrait but not the onscreen name plate above your head.

Edit:
Restart the game and the name plate above your head will change to the correct one.

Is there a way to change onscreen name too? (I don't want to lose the character.)

yeah if you restart the game both of them should be whatever you put it to.
It did for me when I tried it.

Any news yet on increased drop rates? Wanted to start playing again but if the drop rates are this bad not going to bother.

Increase? They decreased the satanic drop rates to almost zero! They are planning to decrease it even more at Season 8! (It's now all about trading.)
