Prove yourself quest didn't get flail
So I am doing the Prove yourself quest (kill 50 enemies) and it says nothing about a flail, which is good since I didn't get one. I have looked around though and it seems to imply that a flail is required, but I can't figure out where it is and/or how to use it. Can anyone help with this?

Flail is spawning near this quest giving NPC (Gar Nor if I'm not wrong) when you are taking this quest at the Town of Inoya.
AND it will spawn for you again if you'll talk to him.
