Usually tends to happen if loads of projectiles/animations/entities are on the screen.
Lowering the quality setting does nothing. Changing from Fullscreen to windowed mode doesn't do anything either.
If I've pulled loads of enemies and I start firing multishot, the framerate goes from 60, down to around 35-45 and it really doesn't even look like that at all - it just looks like it goes into slowmotion.
My specs:
Windows 10
i7-6700K
GTX 970
16GB DDR4
Several SSDs, with the game on one of them.
CPU, RAM & GPU usage all looks fine. No indication that it's anything from a hardware side of things..
With a game that has it's recommended specs as low as it does; this really shouldn't be happening.
Since I started getting them; I seem to can't not get them anymore.
I even tried re-installing the game. They still happen.
