How to find Angelic and set items?

Is it only through wormholes you find the Angelic (gold) and Set (green) items? Or is it through leaderboards? Or Inferno? Or Hardcore mode? Or just pure luck?

From what i've came to understand it has a really low drop rate in Inferno, and then higher drop rate on WH

Are Angelic items more rare than Satanic?

It kind of baffles me some people are already having full set gear and are running fully geared in max level satanics not even 2 weeks after the release of the patch. I've grinded up to hero level 10 and have only seen an odd couple of satanics even with ~1000 mf.

There all hackers and dupers. The drop rates are super low.

If that's the case, how are they still around? I'm pretty new to the game (got in about 3-4 months before season 6 ended). But it seems like the devs/mods are pretty active.
