Samuri unable to unlock hell mode

Before 3.0 I had my Samuri lv150 passing all toxic modes. However, I've gone through all nightmare ones but still unable to unlock hell mode.

I did clear all 7 acts in normal and I can only see 4 acts for nightmare level until "Devel's Breaoh".

When you clear normal, you unlock nightmare. If you want to unlock hell, you need to clear act 6 on nightmare.

Same problem for unlock nightmare difficulty with my demonspawn. Did all the act, kill Mevius and can't choose nightmare even after logout

Yeah that's the bug. My stops at nightmare Act4. I cant even see Act6

Yes, a couple of time and logout/create a new game a couple of time to but nothing. Got this just with my demonspawn

I tried to do the same things with my marauder and, same bug for him. Killed Damian and Satan on normal but can't choose other difficulty after that, even with logout.

Are you playing online or offline? You might know this but I'm gonna say it anyway. When playing offline, you can choose the difficulty from town. But when playing online you need to select the difficulty when creating the lobby.

Have you guys cleared the from from act 1, zone 1 to act 6, zone 6 (act boss)? In order with out jumping around.
